When I was came in for this project, it was mostly to revamp the homepage anticipating a 2 week deadline, but when I saw the state of the whole website. I suggested to re-do the whole user experience as well as improve the underlying codebase. I also create social media templates for another person to use to have a consistent branding accross the board, and make social media posting as seemless as possible.
